It's fitting that a tenth
anniversary calls for a diamond gift.
Because if you had to pick the
blingiest, most conspicuously, unashamedly ostentatious reality show on TV, it
would be E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
On Sunday's decennial season
premiere (9 p.m. ET/PT) Kim Kardashian reveals that she and husband Kanye West
have non-stop sex in an effort to conceive a second child, and we learn that
her former step-dad Bruce Jenner is lonely out at his Malibu bachelor pad.
But given that this show that
delivered such small-screen gems as Kim showing an X-ray of her posterior to
prove that it's real, and sister Kourtney pulling Mason out of her own body
during a filmed childbirth, expect more sparkling moments as the sisters and
momager Kris Kenner hopscotch from their mansions to fashion shoots to parties.
"Everyone, if they're honest
with themselves, would like to be in a family that is close-knit, where
everyone has your back. Your siblings and parents watch out for you and help
you. This family, they're each other's best friends. They're really
tight," says executive producer Jeff Jenkins.

Is Bruce Jenner, Kris' ex-husband,
really going through a transition from man to woman? To date, there has been no
official confirmation.
"You have to watch Season
10."
Is Bruce Jenner really getting his
own spinoff show?
"You will see Bruce on Season
10. He's in all the way to the very end of it. Beyond that, there is to my
knowledge no series in production that is its own series. That's really the
current situation. As of right now, there's no Keeping Up with Bruce
Jenner."
In the first episode, Kim brags
about how much sex she's having. So why is she always in full hair and makeup?
"Now that each of the
Kardashian sisters have their own home and they're large homes, I believe they
have a glam room in their home. Every morning, they have their glam team at
their house preparing them for the day. A lot of times we'll be shooting in
their personal glam room. Kim has one. It's not just a bathroom. They're very
tricked out with furnishings and custom work. They're spectacular. They're like
mini salons."
How much airtime will Kanye get this
season?
"I'll be totally honest with
you — I am hoping that we will see a little bit more of the interaction of
Kanye and North than we have seen in the past (but) I cannot guarantee it at
this time. I'm very hopeful that people will get a peak at Kanye interacting with
his daughter."
Did the family really get $100
million for the next four seasons of the show, as has been reported?
"I think that those quotes were
very exaggerated. If they were not exaggerated, my opinion is that this family
is worth it. They're worth whatever they get."
How much of the show is staged and
scripted?
"This show is 100 percent
reality. I wish I could script things like marriage and divorce and face lifts
and babies pulled out of the womb on camera. We turn on the cameras every day
and follow them and my gosh, I have never met a family with more drama. There's
nine of them. There's always something going on."
Do we finally get to see Reign
Aston, Kourtney's third baby?
"That's a good question. We're
still shooting. I have not met the new baby. I don't think he has been on
camera."
