Angel Di Maria is ready to fight for his place at
Manchester United despite speculation over mounting interest from Paris
Saint-Germain, according to reports.
The
Argentine international became British football’s record signing when he moved
to Old Trafford from Real Madrid for £59.7m last summer, but he has struggled
to make his mark in England.
And
recent reports suggest PSG could be ready to pounce on Di Maria’s poor fortunes
by offering him a fresh start at the end of the season.
However,
the 27-year-old is said to be determined to make a go of things with Louis van
Gaal’s side.
‘None
of this business about PSG is coming from Angel and he has no interest in going
there,’ a source told The Sun.
‘It
is true things have not gone as he would have liked so far, but he is
determined to make it work at United.’
