But it doesn't look like Kim Kardashian is going to cease her apparent stripping addiction any time soon.

The reality star has posed in the buff once more, this time for her own show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
 

Kanye's missus shunned her designer clothes for the new KUWTK advert, in which she appears completely nude. She expertly covers her crotch and nipples with some well-placed limbs, but after the endless raunchy shots, it's no surprise Kimmy's got it down to a T.

In the trailer, she says: "If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform. "So I'm doing this photoshoot today naked.

"I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever." And it looks like a sprog might not be too far into the distant future as this week the mum-of-one revealed her and rapper West were having sex up to 500 times a day to ensure baby No.2.
