HABIT THAT HURT YOUR BACK



Let us admit the fact. Back pain is worse. It makes life hell. In fact, a study says that back pain is the pain that hospitalises more people compared to other health issue like cold. Some people even go under the knife to solve the problem. But frankly speaking, there are certain habits that hurt your back. They are the reason for all the pain. 

 So, if you can be aware of your posture and make certain changes, you will be able to at least prevent a few of the issues related to your back. So, if you have been careless about certain habits that are related to your posture, it is high time you give attention if you want a healthy back. Also, focus more on some workouts that strengthen your back. Firstly, let us look at habits that hurt your back.
1. Sedantary Lifestyle
When you sit for too long, the pressure on your back gets intensified. It is better to stand and stretch for every 30 minutes. Sitting for too long is one of the habits that hurt your back.

 






 

2. Skipping Workouts
When you have back pain, it is better to stretch if your doctor permits. So, instead of skipping a workout, perform one to soothe your pain.













3. Unhealthy Food
Obesity and clogged arteries also affect your back. So, even your food habits also hurt your back.















4. Bad Bed
Check your mattress and change it if it is too old. A mattress that doesn't offer support to your back is dangerous.











 
5. Stress 
Stress can indirectly affect or hurt lower back. When your muscles get tensed up due to stress, it is not a good thing for your back.













6. Heavy Luggage 
This is one of the worst habits that hurt your back. Ensure that you don't overload your bags that you carry regularly.












 

7. Heels 
We all know the fact that foot wear can also strain the back. Think twice about your high heels. 










  


8. Car Seat 
It is better to adjust your car seat at a comfortable angle. Driving or travelling in inconvenient sitting positions isn't good for your back.
