Manchester United Want Ferdinand As Coach

Manchester United are looking to bring in club veteran, Rio Ferdinand as a youth coach in the club academy as they look to revise the club make up of managers.

Rio Ferdinand left the club at the end of last season for QPR but has struggled to make appearances for the club. Ferdinand has studied for coaching licenses and has passed his papers.

Manchester United have reportedly made contact with Ferdinand’s representatives and could be bringing the former captain back to Old Trafford as he is set to retire this season.

Rio Ferdinand is one of the most decorated players in English football and has been touted as one of the future top managers in the Premier League.
